Your own user account#

An organization owner can remove a member at any time. This ends that member’s access.

To have your own personal details erased while your organization continues, email support@bizz-health.com. We will confirm in writing what we will remove, and which records we must keep.

Your organization and its business data#

You may request deletion at support@bizz-health.com. We complete verified deletion requests within 30 days and confirm completion in writing. Any records that must be retained for legal obligations, and any applicable backup-retention exceptions, are explained separately.

Cancellation does not immediately delete your data. You may request an export of the information available in our supported export formats before deletion.

Files you upload are kept as you provided them until they are deleted at your request.

We keep:

  • billing records: your agreement, invoices, payments, refunds and the service start date;
  • security records: the log of actions taken in the organization;
  • a record that the deletion was carried out.

We keep these for as long as we need them for legal, tax, accounting and security purposes.

What we cannot delete#

  • Backups. Our database hosting provider keeps backups under its own retention schedule, and we may keep our own backup copies. Deleted data can remain in these copies until they are replaced or deleted. If a backup is ever restored, we will delete that data again.
  • Payment records held by our payment processor. It keeps its own records under its own terms.
