Terms & Conditions

The terms on which BizzHealth is provided.

Last updated 4 October 2026

In short

Who we are#

BizzHealth (bizz-health.com) is operated by Nader Mahmoud Basuony Sed Ahmed Ashour. Contact: nader@bizz-health.com.

“You” means the business that subscribes, and the people it authorises to use BizzHealth.

Agreement and service#

BizzHealth provides business analytics, advisory and agreed execution services for telehealth businesses.

Before you pay, we confirm your plan, scope, price, applicable taxes and payment schedule in a written agreement. Basic provides analytics, recommendations and supported forecasts. Professional adds business advisory and follow-up. Custom includes the specialist work and deliverables described in your Statement of Work.

You accept the agreement and the applicable Terms before payment. We retain a record of your acceptance and the document versions. Changes to your agreed scope or fees require your written approval.

Your Statement of Work controls Custom deliverables and milestones. The Data Processing Agreement controls data-protection matters. Otherwise, these Terms apply, subject to your mandatory legal rights.

Our responsibilities#

We provide our services with reasonable skill and care and are responsible for the work we agree to carry out. You remain responsible for your business decisions, the information you supply and approvals requested under your agreement.

Our finance and business advisors provide managerial guidance. Unless expressly agreed through an appropriately qualified professional, our services do not include regulated investment, tax, legal, accounting, audit or medical advice.

Analytics depend on the completeness and accuracy of the supplied data. Forecasts are estimates, not guaranteed outcomes. Any simulated peer benchmarks are identified as illustrative. BizzHealth cannot identify every business risk or guarantee growth.

For Custom marketing work, the Statement of Work defines our responsibilities, approval requirements and deliverables. Customer approval does not remove our responsibility to perform the agreed work with reasonable care.

Your account and your data#

You agree to:

  • keep your account details accurate;
  • keep your sign-in details confidential;
  • take responsibility for the people you invite.

Your data stays yours. You allow us to host and process it in order to provide the service, which on Professional and Custom includes sharing it with your advisors. You must have the right to supply the data you give us.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.

Prices and payment#

  • Basic: $999 per month.
  • Professional: $5,000 per month.
  • Custom: priced in its own agreement.

All prices are in US dollars, plus applicable tax. We confirm the price, the scope and the dates of each paid period with you before you pay.

Where we invoice through PayPal, each invoice covers one period, with no automatic charging. The application never handles card details.

The Refund & Cancellation Policy is part of these terms.

Refunds, cancellation and payment#

You may request a full refund within 14 days of payment, provided your service has not started. No processing fee is deducted.

Service starts:

  • Basic: when the first actual analysis of your business data is completed and made available to you.
  • Professional: when that analysis is delivered or your first substantive advisory service is provided, whichever happens first.
  • Custom: when the work agreed in your Statement of Work begins.

Signing in, viewing examples and attending a sales discussion do not start the service. We explain the applicable start point before payment and retain a record of delivery.

Once service has started, the unused-service refund no longer applies. Your rights if we fail to deliver the agreed service remain unaffected.

Under our current monthly invoicing arrangement, there is no automatic charge or renewal. You may cancel by emailing billing@bizz-health.com, without a cancellation fee. Access continues until the end of your paid period, unless that period is refunded or a justified suspension applies.

If a renewal invoice remains unpaid, access may pause after the paid period ends. Payment instructions and any applicable terms appear in your agreement and invoice.

If something goes wrong#

Our team reviews reported service issues and works to resolve them within 24–48 hours. If an issue requires action from an external provider or additional investigation, we explain the delay and keep you informed.

If we fail to deliver agreed work, we will correct or reperform it. If that is not practical, we provide an appropriate refund or credit:

  • for a subscription interruption, calculated from the subscription fee and affected days;
  • for Custom work, based on the price allocated to the undelivered or defective deliverable.

Where the failure makes the affected service unusable for its agreed purpose, we refund the affected service payment. Contact billing@bizz-health.com to request a remedy. These remedies do not restrict your mandatory legal rights.

Confidentiality and ownership#

We keep your non-public business information confidential and use it only for the agreed services and permitted operational purposes. Staff, advisors and service providers with access are subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations.

You retain ownership of your data. Your Custom Statement of Work specifies ownership and usage rights for deliverables, including any pre-existing tools or third-party materials. We do not obtain a blanket right to reuse your customer data through these Terms.

Fair use#

You agree not to:

  • use the service unlawfully;
  • access another organization's data;
  • disrupt or overload the service, or get around its security;
  • resell the service;
  • copy or reverse engineer the software.

We may restrict access that breaks these rules. If we do, we will tell you why.

Availability and changes#

We work to keep BizzHealth available and accurate, but we cannot promise uninterrupted operation.

The service develops over time. If a change removes a significant part of a paid service you agreed to, we will give you notice and a fair remedy. We will never change your rights for a period you have already paid for.

Intellectual property#

The software and our materials remain ours. While your plan is active, your organization may use the service. Your data, and any deliverables made for you, are covered by your agreement.

Liability#

To the extent the law allows:

  • we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data;
  • our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or your remedies under the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Changes and contact#

When these terms change, the date at the top changes too. We tell active customers about significant changes.
