What is included in Basic?
Basic is the complete Business Intelligence platform: your business health score, financial and customer intelligence, forecasting, rule-based insights and recommendations, and reporting, all computed from the business data you upload as CSV or Excel files or enter by hand.

What is included in Professional?
Everything in Basic, plus Expert Advisory: our advisor team, including a financial advisor and a managerial advisor, reviews your business, helps diagnose problems, recommends specific actions and guides follow-up. That covers financial and business reviews, personalized action plans, expert problem solving and ongoing follow-up.
Your team carries out the work. Its analytics are the same as Basic's.
How do I start a plan?
Choose Talk to Us on any plan. On a short call we look at your business, agree the plan with you and explain what it costs. There is no online checkout for any plan.
For Basic, we then set up your account with you. Professional is available now. Custom is scoped with you first, so its price follows the agreed scope.
How do I pay?
Payment is arranged with you on the call. A plan becomes active for your organization once its payment is confirmed.
Can I buy Expert Advisory on its own?
No. Expert Advisory is part of Professional and Custom and is not sold separately. There is no way to buy advisory without the BizzHealth software platform, and there is no per-hour, per-case or consulting rate.
What kind of advice do the advisors give?
General business and managerial guidance. Advisors read your own business data and the analysis BizzHealth produces from it, and help you interpret it and decide what to do next. The software is the product, and advisory helps you act on what it shows.
They do not provide clinical or medical advice, or investment, securities, trading, credit, tax or regulated accounting advice, and they do not act as your accountant, auditor, broker or financial adviser. Nothing an advisor says is a regulated financial service or a guaranteed outcome, and decisions about your business remain yours.
What is the difference between the plans?
The analytics are the same on every plan. Professional does not unlock extra dashboards or hidden metrics. What changes is who does the work.
With Basic, you analyse and act. With Professional, our advisors diagnose and recommend, and your team acts. With Custom, our specialists work alongside your team and implement, including building a capability or team you do not have yet, as part of the agreed engagement.
Does Professional include human advisory?
Yes. Expert Advisory means people: our advisor team, including a financial advisor and a managerial advisor, working from your actual numbers, not an automated assistant.
Is pricing monthly or annual?
Basic and Professional are priced per month. There is no annual plan and no annual pricing. Custom is priced to the scope agreed with you.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. Talk to us and we agree the change with you, including how you pay for it. Access follows the plan that is active for your organization.
What happens when I change my plan?
We agree the change with you on a call, and payment is arranged with you.
The new plan becomes active for your organization once its payment is arranged. Until then, your organization stays on the plan it is on now.
Where do I see my plan?
In the Analytics app, under Settings → Billing, which shows the plan your organization is on today. To change it, talk to us.
