What is included in Basic?
Basic is the complete Business Intelligence platform: your business health score, financial and customer intelligence, forecasting, AI insights and recommendations, and reporting — all computed from your own connected data.
The comparison above lists every capability it includes.
What is included in Professional?
Everything in Basic, plus Expert Advisory: a financial advisor and a managerial advisor, financial and business reviews, personalized action plans, expert problem solving and ongoing follow-up.
The advisory workspace is not yet live. Professional includes it from the day it launches, and the analytics half of the plan is available immediately.
What is the difference between the two plans?
The analytics are the same in both — Professional does not unlock extra dashboards or hidden metrics. What it adds is people: experts who review your numbers with you and help you decide what to do about them.
Basic tells you what is happening and why. Professional helps you determine the response.
Does Professional include human advisory?
Yes. Expert Advisory means people — a financial advisor and a managerial advisor working from your actual numbers, not an automated assistant.
The advisory workspace is not yet live, so the human side of Professional is not something you can use today. It is part of the plan from the day it launches.
What is the Professional launch offer?
While a launch offer is active, Professional is offered at a limited launch price. The plans section at the top of this page then shows that launch price beside the regular one and labels it as a limited launch offer.
What happens if the launch offer ends?
Professional returns to its regular price, which comes from the same pricing configuration as the launch price.
The plans section always shows the price that applies right now, so you never have to work out which one is in effect.
Is billing monthly or annual?
Both plans are billed monthly. There is no annual plan and no annual pricing.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. An organization owner can move between Basic and Professional whenever it makes sense; access follows the plan PayPal has verified as active.
What happens when I change my plan?
The change is recorded through the existing plan-change flow and applies to your organization immediately.
Payment collection requires a billing provider, which is not connected yet — so plan changes are recorded and no charges occur.
Where do I manage my subscription?
In the Analytics app, under Settings → Billing. That page shows the plan your organization is on today, and it is where plan changes are made.
