We use customer business data to provide the agreed services. Access is restricted to authorised people who need it for their work, subject to confidentiality obligations.

Our telehealth analytics use business information supplied under the agreed provider arrangements. Patient names, email addresses and other identifying patient information must not be supplied. Health-related information must be appropriately de-identified before it is shared with BizzHealth.

Our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement explain the information processed, its purposes, relevant service providers and customer rights. We do not describe a provider as a confirmed partner or integration unless that relationship exists.

You may request deletion at support@bizz-health.com. We complete verified deletion requests within 30 days and confirm completion in writing. Any records that must be retained for legal obligations, and any applicable backup-retention exceptions, are explained separately.

Cancellation does not immediately delete your data. You may request an export of the information available in our supported export formats before deletion.

Your account:

• your name and email address;
• optionally, a job title and photo;
• when you last signed in.

Your password is stored only as a secure hash.

Your organization:

• its profile and logo;
• its members and their roles;
• its settings.

Your business data:

• the records you import or enter;
• the files you upload, stored exactly as you uploaded them, including any columns you chose to include;

What we produce for you: analysis, forecasts, insights, reports and exports.

Messages:

• your emails to us;
• support conversations;
• advisory cases and their attachments.

Billing records:

• your agreement;
• your invoices, payments and any refunds;
• the date your service started.

Security records:

• a log of significant actions in your organization, including IP addresses;
• your sign-in sessions.

We do not sell data or share it for advertising. BizzHealth does not use advertising trackers on its own pages. If you choose to open the booking calendar on Talk to Us, our scheduling provider may load its own cookies and analytics or advertising technologies, as described in our Cookies Policy. Analysis is computed within BizzHealth and is not sent to outside AI services.

We use this information to:

• provide and support the service;
• run accounts and control access;
• keep the service secure;
• invoice you;
• meet our legal obligations.

• Your team, according to their roles.
• Your advisors, on Professional and Custom plans.
• Our authorised staff, when they need to resolve a problem.
• The providers listed below, and anyone the law requires us to share it with.

• Data is encrypted in transit.
• Passwords are hashed.
• Any stored data-source credentials are encrypted.
• Each organization's data is kept separate, and access is checked by role.
• Significant actions are logged.

If a breach affects your data, we will notify affected customers as required by applicable law.

While you are a customer. We keep your account and your organization’s data, including the files you upload exactly as you uploaded them, while you use BizzHealth. Expired sign-in sessions are deleted automatically.

After you cancel. Cancelling ends your paid access but does not delete your account or your data. Both are kept, so that you can return, until you ask us to delete them.

In the app, you can:

• update your details;
• manage your organization's members;
• download your reports and some exports.

By email to support@bizz-health.com, you can ask for:

• a copy of your data;
• a correction;
• deletion.

Where your data is about your own customers, we act on your instructions.
